When the US Branch refers to 'Tarka Accord' in a generic sense, it is likely in reference to the US Branch
Polarization
Political polarization is one of the most serious problems to a healthy society that operates in the interests of its people. It pits the members of the working class against one another, despite their unity in their struggles; going into debt to pay at the checkout, arbitrary firings by self-centered bosses, and having to chose between a warm meal or a warm house in the winter. If not outright invented by the wealthy and powerful, the elites classes perpetuate minor differences between neighbors and colleagues as a way of fabricating a false reality that cooperation and the betterment of all is impossible - dangerously resulting in moderates making excuses for and forging alliances with extremists, giving both fascists and authoritarian communists an unnerving amount influence over contemporary politics.

Abraham Lincoln once spoke of a government of the people, by the people and for the people - and there is no reason to abandon that dream.
Consensus
Much of the machine of industrialized propaganda relies on culture war arguments to both widen the gap between Left and Right and to focus attention away from subjects that effect profit margins. As a means of bridging the political divide, focus should be placed on topics of standard policy discussions that meaningfully and materially improve people's lives - these including: more robust public transport infrastructure, cheaper rent through state housing, and more responsible financial policy that steers away from debt and overspending.
Outreach
We will admit that - although Tarka Accord has been founded as an explicitly bipartisan organisation - most of our staffing is done by those broadly on the moderate Left. However, we reject the implicit understanding from our supposéd ideological peers that those on the Right are to come to us. If we are to commit to class solidarity against the wealthy and powerful, we need to reach out to rural communities ourselves - which we intend on doing in our primary base of operations in Oklahoma.
