This system is designed for people who want to do more to resist or help out but can’t do as much because of travel limitations, scheduling conflicts, lack of time, getting overwhelmed or any other reason, this system gives them a simple task they can do on their own time.

 

Another benefit is that it can help teach skills they might not know and hopefully encourage more appreciation and care towards their own clothes, fast fashion has been a big problem for a long while and when people start to make or mend their own things it gets them to understand the time and skill it takes to make clothes or other things.

For now the prompts will be given on Bluesky and Facebook until we can get a better system online going that will easily list what needs to be made and who needs the finished product.

We’re hoping to get a system set up to where tickets can be kept track of easily, seeing how many people are taking on the task and how many have been completed it, we’re taking suggestions on this!
